(🎙️) Microphone Troubleshooting #
🎧Headset #
- Check the headset mute switch
- Re-socket the headset connectors
- Cable connected to the PC
- Cable connected to the headset
- Re-socket the microphone
📞Elecord Call #
- Check the mute button is off
- Check the correct microphone is selected as the output
- Switch to a different microphone output, then switch back to the correct output
- Close and re-open the call software
🪟Windows #
- Restart Windows
- Ask for tech support
